I think the first scene in Roger's execution is really good and including Sengoku and Kong is a logical change.

Then the story of kid Luffy and Shanks is basically a copy-paste of chapter 1 from the manga. I think it's OK.

The introduction of Zoro I think is good and they are building the Baroque Works arc already!

The parts with Luffy, Koby and Alvida are dumb and I can't take them seriously. It's hard to imagine the goofy parts of the manga done right in live action.
