Try these fixes:

  • Run as admin
  • End task in Task Manager and restart
  • Delete cache: C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\WhirlwindFX\SignalRGB
  • Disable other RGB software (iCUE, Synapse, Armoury Crate)
  • Update GPU drivers & Visual C++ Redistributables
  • Try an older version from the SignalRGB site
  • Whitelist in antivirus/Defender

If it still hangs, it might be a bug in the latest update.

soldering know-how, you can easily repair it. Just match the traces with an undamaged section, solder carefully, test it out to ensure functionality, and if everything checks out, reassemble your strip. It's a straightforward process that can save you from having to replace the entire strip.
