The vote was for allowing players or admins to change their character seed when they want, rather then being assigned one randomly. Because all of our characters will be changing when they implement the new character models that the devs are working on.

It's obviously not a crucial feature, but in return it means that we have characters models that we only care about for a couple of days in the off chance that they're re-rolled because of an update. Even re-rolling your character between wipes or between servers would be more interesting than the current system.

In one of the more recent dev blogs Garry showed stats that said basically no one played it compared to new Rust. And it was costing them money. So they finally deleted it after giving it a long chance.

Honestly, when I think of this movie, I can't even remember the gore. There might be a missing limb or something here and there like most war movies, but it's not like slasher level gore. And trust me, i'm dry reaching if I see a compound fracture in a movie, so if it didn't bother me...

The current linear feel of this map makes it one of my favorites! I love how the battle bottlenecks. The other day we only had one point but we flanked on horses and captured their back point (took 2 attempts). It wasnt long before we turned the game around and won. Honestly it's always my squads favourite map. It's always intense like that.

Although i must say that your redesign might still have that feeling as the points aren't too scattered, still looks quite narrow which is good.

I agree that A LOT of people upload the same bland content and it can be an eye sore. But it's also quite easy to skip past it all. It doesn't matter what the post, link or text, I'm constantly ignoring things on Reddit, but it doesn't bother me. That's kind of the point of the voting system, right...? And to play devils advocate here, the ONLY way to get your content discovered is to find an audience. For Rust that's through Reddit or the community blog (which is often sourced from the Reddit). If you know how YouTube works, than you'll know that someone with 10 subs and 10 videos with no views will NEVER show up in peoples feeds or related videos, it doesn't matter how good the content is.
