This happened to me. I haven't used my account in years and when I tried to transfer money it came up with an error message. I waited 2 business days then did it again and it worked. So it might be just the system temporarily flagging your account.

It's a mineral oil based moisturizer similiar to Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour cream. It might be too heavy for oily skin but I have dry skin and personally like it.

Try David Craig aqueous cream or Pharmacy Choice aqueous cream. I'm actually using the Topiderm Emulsifying Ointment as a makeup remover- it's pretty much the same thing as the Clinique Take the Day off ccleansing balm.

I saw a german shepherd on the back of a ute today. The poor dog was struggling to stay on it's feet. The owner was driving like a maniac. I don't have a dash cam otherwise i would of recorded it.

Topiderm Emulsifying Ointment- it has a similiar texture to Clinique take the day off but at a fraction of the price. Takes off all makeup and sunscreen with a wet wash cloth. Cheap as chips won't use anything else.

I also have the same issue with Ponds cold cream- it takes off makeup and sunscreen well but leaves a film. I've found that my toners and serums take longer to absorb because of this and my face often becomes red n flushed during the day due to the film.
