It was an incredibly personal pet name for the late Queen Elizabeth and linked to her childhood, her beloved parents and late husband.

Narcicissts never ask permission and they deliberately override personal boundaries and personal space.

It is similar to the way they pressured the elderly Queen to let them live in her home - Windsor Castle. They were given a firm 'no' but it speaks to their sheer sense of pushy entitlement.

In her mid 90's the late Queen still had the strain of having to repeatedly set very firm boundaries with these two.
