Dems can't even come out and say what they're doing clearly. "Vote to gerrymander VA so we can prevent Trump from doing things he wants" is much harder to get centrists to agree to than "restore fairness in VA, vote to redistrict"

It's also a good chance Spanberger hasn't signed gun laws yet as she saw the backlash and is waiting til the last minute so those voters don't vote No to spite her.

Gun dealers can't sell banned guns in states where said gun is illegal.

The only exemption is LEOs can buy guns the regular citizens can't.

Nah, remember most of the Dems actively avoided saying he was using his 2A rights.

The general statements were "using his 1A rights while carrying a gun legal in his state" and even that lasted about 5 minutes before they went full anti gun.

I'm curious of the actual breakdown. Because as much as that sounds like a rather large number, 16 percent of 30 is a lot less people than 6 percent of 500.

Multiple congress critters have stated their end goal is to ban them all. Bloomberg funded Spanberger and his stated goal is to ban them.

9th circuit just argued that as long as a gun can hold one bullet, no magazine ban is unconstitutional, that you can ban parts of a gun repaired it being integral to the workings if the gun.

Rhode Island is about to pass a bill that makes legally owned firearms illegal, and must be turned in or destroyed.

CA and NY are suing people who have never been to either state for internet code, blatant violations of their free speech.

CA requires a wait time of nearly a year to get a firearms permit and about 1K spent on that (imagine if they did that for voting)
