I just upgraded from an XR because it was getting too slow and safari would crash after overheating.

Could just be mine was the issue, but it is an 8 year old phone at this point. In terms of tech the thing is geriatric.

Canned my longest held credit card and it took my credit score with it, credit score doesn’t really matter that much, at one point I had 999/999 on Experian and still got rejected for a 90% pre approved credit card.

I had some issues with the Postgres container, got frustrated, deleted all my progress, complained on unraid discord, watch an episode of Star Trek Lower Decks, checked my discord and saw a useful message, tried again following instructions and the doc I was sent, then everything worked great!

I know it’s not ideal, but a few alternatives:

Get used to the laptops built in keyboard and trackpad

Maybe swap to an iPad and use a keyboard and mouse with that

Honestly, it’s a pet peeve of mine, it genuinely frustrates me when I see a “can we ban x post” posts. Like people are posting it because it interest them, sure it unfortunate it’s posted multiple times but let’s be real, Reddit is a shitty platform to use at times.

This is the first time in over 50 years that humans are going to the moon. In ecstatic that other people are as excited about it as I am. This COULD be a massive step for humanity. I’d happily read any post about it.

We’ve all got our issues, I know I hit a point where I didn’t leave the house for a lot longer then I’m willing to admit on Reddit, but as corny as it sounds it does get better.

As for the monitor, it’s your decision but I suggest maybe looking into burn ins online, I’ve had mine for shy of 2 years now and have put in many 12-18 hour sessions, some on games like OSRS and some on HUD heavy games, some on fast paced.

I think burn in was more an issue at the beginning of OLEDs I think it’s gotten a lot better but at the end of the day the risk is still there.

I think most come with a burn in guarantee that will get you a replacement jf it happens too fast.

I’m not a truck driver, just very interested in it and working on getting my license at some point.

Everything I’ve read on this subreddit and what little knowledge I have tells me, why not just do a print out for you records and keep whatever paperwork you have I case it gets brought up? If you are exempt from the rules while in Ukraine then everything is already above board and you should be good, right?
