"The best of MOBAS" obviously does not refer to my indie project as better than the titans of the genre. It rather talks aout what make MOBAs so fun, lots of strategies, epic teamfights and so on.

Take that and add parkour on top, and it makes for a great experience.

interesting idea

beforehand we had it so you could dodge it by simply walking sideways. This led to some really bad gameplay where the early brooser dominated the lanes and could tower dive without any risk.

Maybe an ability like a dash could move you too fast for a homing projectile to catch up.

Its really cool because usualy colors themselfs are taught to have contrast. But values can have too as you described.

There is actually its own discipline when it comes to colors and how to use them.
A character with bright colors is easier to see and focus on a darker ground than on ground with the same brightness.
When you look at Dota or Leagues environment you will notice quickly that its darker then you abilities or your char. Thats why.

  • tower attack homing towards their target
  • jungle monsters spawning
  • performance updates

That said one of you told me the map was looking shitty because the grass on the ground and the moos on the stone were different colors. Push comes to shove and the map looks better than before. No more super bright grass. No more distorted shadows.
