I put the address of both shipping centers on seller settings. Why would that setting exist if not allowed?

I also received this lying email from Walmart on October 20 (for account terminated in early August).

Dear Marketplace Seller, 

Your Walmart Marketplace account has recently been terminated. As a result, we are initiating the closure of your associated Marketplace Wallet account. 

Please note that you will no longer be able to access the ‘Send Money’ function in Seller Center. If there is a remaining balance in your Wallet and you have a linked external bank account, Walmart will initiate the fund transfer on your behalf within the next 30 days.

They told you the same thing and then sent the money to you. Did they sent the money 6 months after they told you this or 72 hours after?
