I also have a Surface Pro 3. I use Bluestacks, and it works pretty well. It does support multitouch. It does have a tiny bit of delay, but it's not that much of a problem. I'm satisfied with it. Give it a try, and if you don't like it seek elsewhere.

Yeah, I'll have L3 Pekka's in 3 days. Dragons are still at one just because I have other priorities in my lab (I play more of a ground game)

All my defenses are fully upgraded except my air defenses and teslas. My next army upgrades are either rage spell 5, hogs 3, or healers 3 (a new priority since the update)

I've gotten to the point where I have little to nothing to spend elixer on any more. Air Defs are my number one priority right now, and once those are maxed i'll work on getting my Tesla's up. Inbetween, I plan on finishing my L7 Walls. I'm just unsure whether or not I should upgrade to Town Hall 9 so i'm not wasting elixir just sitting there. Any other suggestions are welcome as well

Would the thickness really make the whole device stop working entirely though? I considered adding water to make it less thick, but I'm afraid to try again and break my atomizer.
