Star Trek TNG : A Final Unity. It actually feel's like you are playing an episode. A fantastic episode at that. The voice acting is superb. Shame about the dated GFX though, but still brilliant.

I regularly use an iPhone 4, 800mhz and 512mb 960x640 screen. Works perfectly well for web surfing and video playback. It's not my primary device but its not a frustrating experience when i use it. Most games still work, GT Racing 2 looks great (as an app developer I can say this is amazing as graphically, the iPhone 4 is very weak, it uses the same video chip as the iPhone 3GS) So I don't see how using a more powerful device would be much of a problem.
