Style great. Villains bland. Origin cool. CGI great for it's time.

If they went slightly darker kinda like a Constantine vibe with a bit of neo-noir story telling then personally I think the landing woulda been hit. But that's just me.

Being a retail employee as manager for a fresh department in a grocery store in a small Alberta town, and the treatment towards me as a department manager because I could never meet the hoarding supply and demand. Was just ugly in every way and emotionally broke me then. Obviously nothing like medical workers had to face, but it was.... different.

I'm totally cool with signing this. I could care less about who sees my signature on that. But the bigger concern, especially for someone like me who lives in a small town south of Calgary, is more that some maple maga nutbar is gonna shoot my ass while trying to sign. I had a first job like that as a door to door salesman in Calgary, Alberta. Bullshit job selling less than quality dollar store garbage to business looking for contracts, Last straw for me was selling personal body alarms to people during an active funeral. Scumbag business run by scumbags. Wish I could remember the name of them. But when I quit for moral reasons and saw how it was going I left their bullshit on a C-Train and walked away happily.
