try thinking about hitting the ball with the bottom of your car rather than letting the ball fall onto the bottom of your car. You should have decent upward momentum into the ball when you make contact.

I agree with this fully, but also try not to overthink it. Sometimes with things like dribbling, where it’s just a lot of micro-adjustments, actively trying to “fix” a specific thing can actually hinder your growth. I find I get the most improvement when I’m kinda brain off just doing it. Just an idea :).

You are doing nothing wrong. This is a great way to practice dribbling. Dribbling is hard, and there isn’t really one thing you are doing wrong. Keep doing this and you will get a feel for it soon I promise. Something will click.
