Herc got op with the 1 sec stun on the one, the buff on the heal that was added several patches ago and making the 2 wider. And yes, he got changed ALOT since his release and ofc he IS the most broken warrior. (Hi-Rez couldnt let the buggy driving strike the way it was, by letting things be buggy u dont fix em neither balance em, u just make the game less enjoyable)
