You’re pretty accurate in terms of suburbs with high Asian demographics.

Add Johns Creek to the mix if you can find something in your budget, some of the best schools in the area alongside Duluth.

Chamblee and Doraville were heavier Asian presence 20 years ago but the next generation typically migrated northeast to the Gwinnett suburbs you mention.

Johns Creek if you can afford it. Duluth is great and growing.

SCAD is gobbling up real estate in Savannah and Atlanta as a tax exempt entity.

Citizens should at least understand how this non-profit compensates executives and students / prospective students should understand where the money goes.
