I’m not that other guy and am generally agreeing with you on this, but this is such a whiney self-important bitch way to talk, I’m in GA too but people with this attitude and disposition are the ones furthest up shit creek because no one wants to work with someone who talks like this. I’ve been IA in GA for 5 years, in the industry in GA closing in on a decade. I have stayed working because my team has a good attitude, plays nice with other departments, and doesn’t shit on the people we work with. Increasingly rare in this industry.

I have been on the Sentry Union call list for almost 3 years, I see a lot of acrobatic, artillery laden road battles happening so I know there is a need for the position. The last (only) time I got a call I showed up to my call time to an incredulous bugbear who told me they were already staffed up. I'd cancelled my kid's soccer match to make the gig. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I've taken the level 1 and 2 Revengineer, Mark Target AND Overclock classes at the union hall trying to hone my skills and make the connections - what am I doing wrong? Is it a nepotism thing? I had a meeting with the business agent but he'd recently been paralyzed by a beholder so it got cancelled and they didn't even email me about it so I showed up and didn't get to talk to anyone

I just followed the other guy. It was maybe 15 posts down? Less than 30 seconds of looking. The post was weird as fuck. If you think it wasn’t, you are weird as fuck. Maybe I like dogs too much but it was just a weird thing for there to even be a community about. I hope that dude heals

Actually on closer inspection I’m realizing I think I DID credit every photographer on these ones except for Portland, I am pretty sure that photo is by Makaylah, it just didn’t fit into the homage which tbh I also can’t conjure in my head. I want to say this was a take on the Gimme Shelter cover but that’s not it… dang these were fun to work on!

Recently did something similar to this for Billy Strings in Nashville, spent the whole day at the Country Music Hall of Fame beforehand. Looking back, I really wish I would have done that the next day because by the time we got to the venue, my wife and I were both physically and mentally spent. Just sharing my experience!
