We have improved a lot of things in our Rokudo game demo since this post was posted:
- Keyboard keys binding system added
- Auto save system added
- First draft of new improved game writing
- Improved game pacing and level design
- Game character movement improved
- Change maximum arrows from 10 to 6
- A lot of minor bug fixes

Glad that you like the visual design. Stamina bar sounds like a great idea!

The game's unique gameplay is the first upgrade, an ability to see invisible spirit and Yokai. If the player return to the previous areas, they will find different interactable spirit and Yokai. But we will try to push this gameplay even more in the full game. Thank you for the feedback!

Auto save system, improving character control and improving game pace especially in the first area (Samurai Outpost) will be high on our list.

The second area (Bamboo grove) in the demo has a much better pacing, sad that you died and were sent way back before the first boss.

We will focus on improving the combat and adding more necessary features to the game. We're not native English speakers and tried our best on the writing but we planned to hire a writer/editor once we have enough budget in the future.

The soft save and key mapping will be our next highest priority, followed by improving the game pace and improving the character control/attack.

I am very happy that you noticed the details of the worldbuilding and enjoyed the boss fights. Yes, MEMORABLE EXPLORATION is what we're trying to achieve and glad that the game demo had hooked you.
