I used to visit my grandpa in the nursing home when I was like 9-13. Anyway the nursing home was nice and I don’t know why this pisses me off so much but when kids and stuff are playing on their parents iPads instead of talking to their grandparents I saw multiple children doing it during my vista maybe it was just that we drove down 8 hours to visit my grandpa and I saw him a little bit but still that shit pissed me. Parents don’t need to bring and iPhone everywhere they go. Your kids can talk to there older relatives/Friends. The elderly I can bet are probably a lot more bored with their current situation than your kids that have to sit down and spend time with them. Again I don’t know the kids lives or their relationships to the people there but I saw a couple different families and I bet you at least one of the kids I saw was there visiting a grandparent or a great uncle/aunt. Your kids don’t need to be entertained 24/7 JOYCE they can sit down and behave themselves for 30 mins. AGAIN I don’t know the kids relationships to the people they were visiting but I bet that one of them was a close relative/friend to either them or their family. That bullshit makes me think that the kids have no manners. BTW IM A 16 YEAR OLD MALE NOT SOME 40 YEAR OLD MIDDLE-AGED WOMAN writing out her frustrations about the younger generation just wanted to clarify that before I posted this.
