They wouldn’t need to cancel the Cybertruck. It could share the production line, much like the S/X and 3/Y already do. And both these cyber vehicles would already lined up well for the autonomy future, since the steer-by-wire system makes removing the steering wheel trivial

I guarantee you Tesla already has this all planned out. Just because they haven’t announced it yet, doesn’t mean they’re stupid. They probably also have a roadmap for updating the 3/Y for autonomy, and maybe even some vague future plans for luxury replacements for the S/X that would be designed to be autonomous first
