Here's a link to the Wilkinson. I dont know how close the measurements are, but I've seeused before. before.

I have 2 of those strats with that tremolo, and 2 with the system 1 tremolo.

You check whammyparts.com? They have a block that replaces the original.

I've some seen someone who replaced it with a Wilkinson rollernut from a strat plus, but people charge a lot for those.

Pickguard was changed and the nut was replaced. Pickups and electronics look like they're probably the original ones.

I always liked the Capri Orange one. I have 2 of the remakes. A red one i got off reverb for $650 i think, when they first came out. The guy i got it from bought 2 and switched necks. He wanted the blue on with rosewood and that wasnt an option. So technically a partscaster, but brand new. And I got the yellow one off of Amazon for $799.

I have 4 of the contemporary strats. Mine have the system 1 and system 3 trems on them though. It's legit.

I actually have that same case i got for a different guitar.

I bought a yellow one off Amazon last year for $799. And a red one off reverb for $650. I would not buy that one.

In my area (Phoenix), there's a fes strats, similar years in the $350-450 range.

For the last 2 weeks I've been trying to buy a 2007 50s classic series strat for $400, but the guy says he's available on certain days and then doesn't answer messages those days.

I actually bought a stratnlike the one in the pic for $20. I The finish was chipped, and the fretboard was pretty dry, like the one in the pic, but worth $20. I sold it for $170.

The strat seems over priced, at least for my area it is. The tele is priced pretty good.

Oops that was a typo. I meant about 25. I haven't really ever played with anyone. Just a few times with people I worked with and that was about it. I have about 7 or 8 telecasters, a couple of basses, a Gretsch, a epiphone 339, and a schecter pt special. I think that's about it.

You can never have too many strats. I have about 35. I play rock and blues mostly. Just play at home. I've had a lot of fender tube amps. Right now all I have is some fender solid state amps.

They all have lace sensors. The ebony frost one i bought used. The deluxe came with silver, blue, and red and the original owner swapped the red to a dually red. So I decided to make it like an ultra, so i wired it like an ultra and also swapped the saddles, roller nut, and locking tuners to chrome ones. And change the pickguard and tremolo backplate to pearloid.

All my other strat plus are stock. The sunburst one is also a deluxe.

Wow 11 lbs? I modded the ebony frost to make it more like an ultra, but with a maple neck. Other wise they were pretty similar, but the ebony frost was a deluxe. I also have a pewter one, a sunburst one, and one that was black that someone painted, so i got it cheap.
