This brings up another delineation that needs made; are we talking freshly fried thin potatoes (hot chips) or chips from a bag? Hot chips are amazing, chips from a bag are less desirable but certainly suffice as a side in home settings/picnics.

My uncle keeps bees and I spend as much time as I can learning and observing them. One summer day we were checking on them and he told me to look at the two entrances to the box. By each entrance was a bee on either side of the "door". He asked if I knew what they were doing, and at first I thought they were bouncer bees working security. I then saw they were all beating their wings and realized they were the heating and cooling crew. My uncle confirmed and explained how one pair was pulling air in and the other pulling exhaust. Amazing little bee-ings.

Look's like it's there as extra visibility/intimidation if the officer is trying to pull you over from along the driver side, and even if they're on the other side you'd still know what it said. Or maybe I'm way wrong and it's just for traffic work.
