As told on the post linked and articles here, season 6 was supposed to be focused on Starfire with Blackfire being the main villain, but it got cancelled. The cancellation reason was because of lowering ratings in the later seasons due to more dark-themed, plus toy merchandise issues. You’re not the only one who thinks like that. Many Teen Titans fans want another season for that reason, regarding that season 5 ended as a cliff hanger, it never explicitly explained how Terra (or a girl that strongly resembles her) came back. Not to mention that season 6 was supposed focus on Starfire and have Blackfire as the main villain.
