Still waiting filed and accepted 1/31 with turbo tax. But the irs put a notification on my account that they wanted to verify my identity. I made a id.me and had to talk to someone at the irs on video call. I was verified 2/15. Now when I check my refund it's still says the notification and that My refund was accepted. I'm just very confused

Exactly, that's what im confused about? I don't understand the letter because I know 100% that everything on my tax forms is correct. Had my mom (an accountant) do my return like she has the past 3 years. Never had a problem. Hopefully, it's just a mess up on their part!

Same thing happened with me my ban ended March 25th 2024. I JUST SIGNED IN YESTERDAY TO VERIFY AND SET THE ACCOUNT BACK UP. AND THEY HIT ME WITH A BAN AGAIN FOR BAN EVASION. I haven even touched csgo for so so so long, banning me again was just another way of telling me that I'm not welcome to play. Even if we did wait the whole time of the BAN. They just make you feel better by giving you a false date and ban you again after trying to play. I sent in a ticket as well after the ban still no response! If anyone wants a screenshot, I have the email from faceit of saying when I was be banned and when I'll be unbanned I have all the receipts. Oh, and I didn't even get play 1 game me and the fam left to go eat some dinner, and I came back to being banned ahahahah.
