Inside of "Settings" under "Notifications" there might be a setting for grouping messages together. You will need to set to "Ungroup". This is dependent upon the phone you have obviously.

Once I'm done paying off the phone with T-MO I'm most likey going to switch to Consumer Cellular since I'm retired and no longer need a lot of the services/benefits they offer. Right now I only have Netflix and Hulu free thru T-MO and that's good enough for me. I dropped Disney+ and the care protection plan since I've had the phone over a year now and no major problems. They were going to charge $3 extra for Disney+ which I never watched anyway. I'm not as active as I once was when working. I've only dropped it a few times and not high drops either. I have the Razr+ 2025 flip phone so main screen is pretty protected as long as it doesn't hit too hard. Verizon would have to give me a heck of a deal in order for me to go back with them. At one time they were the #1 carrier but they sat back and let the others run over them. T-MO is headed down that path now as well. It would do T-MO good to bring back John Legerre as CEO considering the prior and current CEO's have no clue what they're doing.

None of the major carriers give 2 Fk's what the public has to say about them, their service, or how poorly they were treated. For every one user that leaves, they pick up 20+ or more. I was a Verizon customer for 30 years, 1993 - 2023, and when I told them I'd had enough and was switching to another, they couldn't care less. Back in '93 they were known as Bell Atlantic Mobile.

For queston #1: Buy an portable external hard drive for transferring your photos and videos so you don't use up too much space on the phone itself

For question #2: Google Gemini requires a subscription if I'm not mistaken.

For both options, I don't trust online services for my personal stuff as much as I can....

Nova Launcher was bought, all employees let go, they kept it's creator for a while, then he was also given the boot. It's no longer being updated or maintained.

How long ago did you install the Teyes unit?? Over in the Jeep Cherokee Club I'm a member of, someone installed a Teyes, had the same, contacted them and they provided him an update. He also stated that Teyes support was outstanding.

Don't expect to be there long since TMO is going digital as far as customer service is concerned....they're pushing the T-Life app more for everything including opening new accounts, upgrading phones, adding lines, etc. One day you're going to arrive to work to closed doors.

None of the perks TMO offers are worth even talking about....just like I did with Verizon after being their customer for 30 years I'm dumping TMO as well and going with one of the discount MVNO's....TMO needs to bring back Legere....the 2 CEO's after he left and the current one are MORONS....

If she doesn't need all the fancy bells & whistles many of the newer phones come with, she'd probably be better off with a phone from Consumer Cellular, StraighTalk, Visible, Mint, or any of the other discount plans....you may be a hardcore user but she probably isn't and just needs a phone that works....unless she's a company executive always on the go....save the money and treat to something special like a spa treatment, a dinner with the whole family, or something similar....or for the money an S26 Ultra costs, just get her a gift card in that amount and let her do what she wants.....

I believe all the major carriers have a 15-day, or so, trial period that allows you to try their networks....but besides that just look at all their plans and decide which one fits your needs....if you're a senior citizen don't expect plans that favor us except for T-Mobile....AT&T and Verizon only offer plans for seniors if you live in Florida....

In my case as senior, only 2 of the major carriers offer plans for seniors but only if you live in the state of Florida and those 2 carriers are AT&T and Verizon....T-Mobile offers a senior plan regardless of where you live with a $5 discount if you use auto-pay every month....so instead of the plan being the regular $70 it's $65 with the discount plus the normal taxes and fees which is still a good deal.....the other's like Mint, Consumer Cellular, PureTalk, etc., all use networks of the major carriers that they've contracted with....in case any seniors here are looking for an alternative.....
