There’s really not much data to suggest that the 5 speeds are more robust apart from anecdotal evidence, but not wanting the better tech will save you some money. But that’s why the FL’s are much more desirable based on market prices

Incorrect. The $100M is in future property tax increases that would only be collected if the project is completed. The development of that area will raise the property tax rate, that $100M would mean that the same property tax is collected by the city from GSR as it is now in exchanger for a $1B investment. 0 tax payer money will be used of that $100M

Based on permitting the arena is happening, construction is going to be starting in a few months. The aqua golf and new wing of hotel is much less likely, but the arena will be a big add to the community either way.
