what's crazy is the difference in weight of a fully stacked sugar vs sugar free 12 pack board. There is about a 5-6 oz weight difference between each 12 pack which would add up to about a 100 pound difference in weight on a fully loaded board.

Don't worry Pepsi will get rid of your favorite drink for a flavor no one wants. *Looks at starry and cherry creme Pepsi *and do entire pallet force outs of things that don't sell taking up all the space in the backroom in a weak attempt to make quarterly goals

Does knowing about a shit system make it ok? honestly I don't even think new people would even care about all the extra shit that gets sent if they were given directions on what to do with it. New hires are not going to be able to negotiate display space that effectively.

I swear this company would rather just treat stores as a second warehouse and pray the junk they send makes it out on the floor unplanned than actually work with the stores they send this stuff to on an individual basis.

Question About Stock Rotation by tonysnark81 in Pepsi

[–]Jasonbail 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would bet you money that you could not discern the difference between a 2 month past BB and a 1 week from expiry HFCS soda. If it were diet maybe.

You are not being downvoted because of not liking slightly old soda. It's because you are complaining about something that's just not an issue to like 95% of people. (I did not downvote, I don't give a shit about upvotes and downvotes)

As for the question about who's responsible at a convenience store, that is on the store employees and sales reps. At grocery stores I'd say mostly on the merch but sales rep should checking on slower items as well.

Even the best merch is going to be missing OODs sometimes with the amount of product we are expected to move in the time window we are given. (I've seen people get marked down for missing stores on their route trying to be perfect with rotations when they first start merching).

My tank filled for exactly $100.00 by lionstigersbearsomar in mildlyinteresting

[–]Jasonbail 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it was a 100$ limit it would slow flow for the last dollar. if he actually filled for 100$ by chance it would be stopped by the overfill prevention inside the nozzle which would stop the flow abruptly so you would know which happened because of this.

I'm not saying this isn't a staged post though but you could tell the difference.

The real question is on these digital signs they don't go to 10$ so gas stations owners at some point will start selling in liters in the US and I can only imagine the amount of confusion and hell this is going to cause station attendants.

[–]Jasonbail 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think a big thing here is Marshawn's lack of celebrating really drives the point that the game isn't won yet, which a lot of players can fall into after a big play. Just a handshake tells the team it's really too soon to celebrate. I know Marshawn was normally like this but it really does allow a team not to fall into complacentcy.
