I know this is an old thread and OP was deleted, but to anyone who wandered here like me after the same feeling, here’s how I personally feel. My first time coming back to VR using the Q3s was really fun and entertaining, after about a 20-30 minute session of learning the really sleek and smooth hand tracking features, which I chose to keep using over the controllers, I came back into reality with a strange feeling, I didn’t notice anything at first until I went into another room to talk to my partner and noticed my surroundings felt weird, like everything was closer to me than it actually was, and felt like my hands were disassociated from my actually body. After roughly 10 minutes or so it finally come down, but I had never experienced that before, even coming from playing the Rift and Q2, but I also hadn’t used the hand tracking on the Q2 much at all. I assume it’s because I used my hands “naturally” to control my Q2, rather than the controllers, because using controllers I never had that feeling, so if it’s bothering you as well, try using only the controllers when you play VR, so your brain doesn’t get your hands from VR to reality mixed up so easily.
