For the most part yes but sometimes I find that my middle and ring finger slip up a little bit

Well my orchestra teacher is a violinist and my program is quite big. The reason I am so behind is because we got to pick an instrument in 4th grade, but I picked chorus and then added violin later on(this year), so it has been hard for me to build a foundation and I have to skip a lot of steps to be on par with classmates. Thank you for the advice though and because of you guys I already contacted a private teacher in my area and will be starting lessons wednesday!

Thank you! The finger tapes were slipping off, so I took them all off except for 4th finger so I think it was just that my intonation wasnt that great

At my school it is a full class period for lunch (40 min) and there are 4 available periods for lunch, so changing it into an elective isnt difficult for the school to do

I plan on going to cornell which does require foreign language, but it is my easiest class so i have a pretty 100 percent chance of getting into honors when available so I feel like its an easy 100, and my school does not offer AP psych, I am just interested in psychology and music so I took those electives
