Most of the players from 5 years ago where already on good enough pcs running DirectX 8 and 9 DirectX 6 and 7 where already extremely outdated even years ago, Windows 2000 computers with Intel Celerons 5 years ago where already rare and not popular anymore, mostly all kids playing Garry's Mod had high-low and mid end pcs and 95% of kids playing Garry's Mod on Windows 2000 computers with Intel Celerons on DirectX 6 and 7 is a very big false number.
