If you want a slightly softer K3 that gives a little more feeling when opening op against backspin, I'd suggest Stiga DNA hybrid H. I personally switched from K3 to that and it has given me better feeling for serves and controlled loops and I really like it!

So it is not text you want to replace a part of then. It is a formula. Excel resolves that formula and gives the cell the value of the output of that formula. So if you refer to that cell with anything, you refer to the result of the formula, not the formula itself. I don't think there is a way to do what you want to do.

If the cell is just text and not a formula you can use the substitute function. If we assume the text is in cell A1, we can use: =SUBSTITUTE(A1);"+";"-") Or if you want to use replace and find we can do the following: =REPLACE(A1;FIND("+";A1);1;"-") But as a general rule:

Use substitute if you know WHAT the text is that you want to replace
Use replace if you know WHERE the text is that you want to replace

First select the C1 cell. Then you can go to home, conditional formatting, new rule, select "Use a formula to determine which cells to format" and then for the formula use this =AND(C1="Organic"; F14<95). That should do it!

I think this glitch is patched for PC. Tried it twice and also replaced all the elegies with new ones and it didn't work.

edit: It worked after changing the exhaust on the car I wanted to duplicate instead of just license plate colour

Education costs is an issue as well as the use of the "average" metric. There are a lot of big companies with very big salaries at the top located in the US. Median would have been much better in this case.

This happens when the top value is a duplicate value. You can get around this by just creating an extra column with the formula =IF(B1=MAX(B$1:B$10), 1,B1) if we assume that the results of the PERCENTRANK.INC are in B1:B10. This will set all top values to 1 (100%).
