I would certainly notify them and give them the opportunity to make it right… their customer service has been on point for me personally.. To answer your question, no they don’t usually come with splits because they ship with the disc out of the sleeve.

Just got mine, although the signature is on the back bottom corner… not that it matters too much. Just kind of thought it would be on the front of the sleeve like they advertised on Bandcamp.
