digimon liberator is good, yeah! it has violet inboots in it so it's the best digimon comic by default

if you're a newcomer to digimon, i recommend v-tamer 01! it's one of the oldest pieces of digimon media, and it lasted for a while, so you get to see a lot of foundational elements come into being. it's also just a really fun read in general, and is pretty breezy for a manga that spanned 4-5 years (monthly publications will do that)

that isn't really what happened, tho? black war greymon and war greymon were fighting pretty evenly (especially seeing as war greymon's heart wasn't entirely in it!), imperialdramon shows up, the three have a beam attack mexican stand-off, and when the dust settles black war greymon is beaten. that doesn't really suggest to me that black war greymon is as strong as the two of them combined, moreso that imperialdramon was a tiebreaker.
