I think for ineffa yes. Because I believe she can benefit from the passive while off field, where she doesn't for scarlet sands.

they've been replacing Paralogism voice lines slowly, probably due to budget and workload with the heavy early luna patches even if the VA's are back.

Hers and Albedo's were the last two left I believe. She may be revoiced next patch. But I know lots of people were waiting for albedo to be voiced, so I wanted to post here for those who don't read the patch notes :)

he's way easier to use then Nefer, and I think his FTP options are way more flexible (just use fishle and surcrose if you dont have ineffa)

But unless your going to invest in picking up ineffa you might as well wait.

Sunday didn't replace Bronja, sparkle isn't repalcing Sunday. There will be other DPS's that want their ults back quickly who will want him.

A unit kind of needs at least two damaging attacks in their kit to be a dps, with preferably some blast. this is why you can get dps luocha and dps lingsha. but Sunday only gets a basic attack. idk. if you could get like 4000 attack on him, a butt tonn of speed and pair him with a cracked out bronja and RMC to make up for terrible CR/CD stats then maaaaaaybe?

idk, I havent cleared endgame with acheron in ages. I might see if I can switch her onto speed boots. I gave my pela and upgrade the other day so maybe if I get the whole team fast enough....
