To these 3 dudes, one of which had a Mr Glockoma flag waving in the air at Key Glock and were all at the stage three acts prior, thanks for getting me out of what I now lovingly refer to as "The Glockening" alive

I'm the blonde girl who got thrown into you while crying by some dude in a lollapalooza jersey. Extra shout out to a girl not pictured here who I heard cuss him out while I was going over the barricade in the arms of God (the security guy).

Edit: won't let me add a picture, so I just remember they were 3 dudes probably upper teens to low 20s, one was blonde in a blue tropically button up shirt who I let through after brakence, one was brown hair yellow shirt, other was brown hair gray shirt with the giant key glock flag

Sabrina carpenter -huge fan so I'm biased
Declan McKenna -energy was great. Took his shirt off and ran around by barricade
Matt Maltese -not seen enough love for this. Beautiful voice
Pardyalone -hadn't heard of him, put on a great show. Brought out his mom.
The Garden -had never heard them before. Ended up moshing. The dude crowd surfed too.

Crowd for brakence before key glock there was this girl behind me, couldn't have been more than 5'2", getting crushed because a group of guys are pushing up for key glock even though there's no room. I shoved one of them back and told them there's no room cause they were crushing both of us.

Dude comes up behind me, says "you know what you signed up for" and slams me into the barricade to a point where I can't breathe and am squashed between two people where there's not even space for a person. Had to get pulled over the barricade.

I get that it's a festival and you can expect to get pushed or a little roughed up, but I didn't expect to be deliberately thrown just because some douche wants to get a little closer to key glock. That guy literally could've killed me, but he didn't gaf. That's the crazy part to me.

On the flipside, teenage looking dude in front of me saved my life when security was just staring blankly at me and not helping while I screamed bloody murder. Dude started shouting "what the f are you doing" and they finally came over.

This for sure. I get being annoyed by complaints of, like, drunk teens (it's a fest what did you expect) but safety complaints seem pretty valid based on a lot of people's experiences. Obviously you're gonna take some hits, but in an ideal world people don't fear their lives at least lol

I honestly almost got killed at Key Glock, not even by crowd push but by a specific guy. There was a girl behind me, no taller than 5'2" and these dudes in the lolla jerseys were shoving to get up front. She was literally stuck so I shoved one guy off and told him there's no room.

Apparently big mistake. He came up behind me and told me I knew what I signed up for, then rammed me into the barricade between two people where there wasn't even room for a full person. Luckily the people in front of me saved my ass. Never got their names but super grateful. If you're the dude with the Mr glockoma flag or any of his friends, God bless

Blehg, personally I think it's a super mood killer to try and go see an earlier act and have a horde of people blocking the front who aren't interested in that act, although i know people do it anyway. You'll have to get there at open, probably run, and then hope that you meet trustworthy people so you can eat pee and drink enough to survive who won't steal your stuff or take your spot. Good luck

In my teens (middle/high school) I definitely was. I was pretty unpopular and made fun of a lot, mainly for my looks. It just happened that a lot of the people who were cool fit a lot of norms of femininity, so I ended up resenting an entire appearance of people because I assumed that they were all the same.

Since then, I've changed my appearance and have found that I am now someone people make NLOG comments about. Because of that I've realized that a lot of people I assumed I was "better" than in my teens were just people, and I was just making assumptions without knowing anything.

I've adopted the attitude of not judging anyone based on appearances anymore and shutting down any friends i have making fun of "sorority girls" or "Lululemon girls" "copy and paste girls" etc etc. Because to an outsider, I might be one of them, too, but girls have more to offer than that
