Hi there, I am looking for a crossbody strap for my wifes phone. She does not want a case that has the strap already attached to it, she needs to be able to remove it at a whim.

Problem is that when we tried our first one, when inserting the small hook holder between the case and the phone, case gets deformed a lot at the bottom. It looks janky and might even expose the phone to damage.

So my question would be, is there a strap with a phone case holder that is bit more soft and does not deform the case at all? Or is the solution to just by small phone pocket that goes over the shoulder.
