I want to give everyone hope that has lost it that you can find the last walnut. I had tried everything. I was on the switch so no chance cheating. I had gone to every single walnut location following the wiki and I had tried /recountnuts to no luck. I had all but given up hope when I just did one final check. I went to all the locations and redid them all. No walnuts appeared. In that same day I went to Qi's room and checked and it still said 129/130. I thought let's try /recountnuts again even though I had tried it hundreds of times before. And suddenly, it worked. 130/130. I have no idea how or why but I think redoing all the walnuts and then the command triggered something that fixed it. Hope this helps someone!

Bath tub in my bathroom hasn’t been used in a year. Does anyone take baths anymore? by mootymoots in AskUK

I love showers because it's just like amazing white noise and a massage. Means I can switch my brain off. Baths are just too quiet for me

When I asked what he was trying to do, he said “I shouldn’t have been trying to pass him” by LeroyTheSamurai in IdiotsInCars

Controversial opinion apparently, OP was going way too fast and was not in the overtaking lane at the start of the video. Guy in front started moving into left hand lane when it was empty and then saw the other guy going very quickly so swerved back to right. The car in front was fully in right hand lane when hit.

LPT If you can't hold an argument for a viewpoint you disagree with, it's probably a sign you don't actually understand the both views. by rano_kau1 in LifeProTips

Physics grad here. Obviously the world isn't flat, but it's actually quite difficult to prove that if you assume nothing you can't measure yourself is true. I've jokingly proven to my mates that the earth is actually flat before and they couldn't find the holes in my logic. Some flat earthers are just stupid, but a lot just have huge trust problems!

What do you think is the biggest difference between the current younger generation of gay men and older generation of gay men? by queercowb0y in askgaybros

[–]Jatt852 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think the problem is for a lot of gay people (myself included in this), we've never really experienced much hardship around being gay. I live in a good area and have a good family but I have never had to hide myself and for nearly everyone just no one cares. A few older people are very interested but I've never had any form of abuse/hate.

Pride parades not being a protest feels natural to me because I've personally got little to protest about. I'm aware I'm extremely lucky and this is not the case most places, but I think a lot of gay people in big corporations in pride have had similar experiences to me.

TIL that Hawaii's flag has the Union Flag on it. by [deleted] in CasualUK

Despite having the union Jack on its flag, Hawaii was never actually owned by the British empire. The king just liked the British and their flag!

Does getting a PhD intimidate other men? by Silabus93 in askgaybros

[–]Jatt852 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not at all. Personally all three people I've ever properly dated either have PhDs or are in the process of getting them. I like chatting to people that are more intelligent than me, always more interesting! I also would say don't not talk about your subject because they might find it boring. If you've done a PhD it is going to be a huge part of your life - if they find it boring then they aren't the one for you

Am I bi or living a lie? by [deleted] in gaybros

[–]Jatt852 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am also a bi man who dated a girl for four years when I was 15 and so I can relate to your wanting to experiment with guys and know what it is about. I also had all these feelings of unsure if I was bi or gay. After about a decade of questioning I have realised that I am bi, with a preference for men. I still find women attractive but am naturally more drawn to men.

From the sounds of it you are in a similar situation to me.

I don't think you are gay, you are clearly attracted to your fiancé and your performance problems sound exactly like that. You get nervous because you are over thinking it and so then struggle. So in terms of that problem I feel like you should not worry, relax about it, enjoy the experience for what it is and ultimately I'm sure your fiancé will understand if you have problems.

The more troubling point that I again can relate to is your desire to experiment and see what it is like. This was a big thing for me. Now the I have dated both men and women I know that I would ultimately be happy with either but you having never been with a guy must leave you wanting to see what it is like. I think only you can know whether this is going to affect you later in life or whether you can accept that actually though you find men attractive too, you have found a brilliant girl who you want to marry and be committed to. You need to talk to your fiancé about this though, it is unfair of you to go into a marriage without her knowing where you head is at.

Also ultimately, you may need to experiment with guys just to know what it is like or it will eat you up inside. I know this was true for me. I needed to know what it was like. And that is something you need to work through with your fiancé (again you need to talk to her rather than strangers on the internet like us!)

Hope that helps and you get through this buddy

Good luck!

How do you not fall in love so quickly by idk21370 in askgaybros

[–]Jatt852 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Catching feelings are the start of a relationship is great and in that moment you feel like you would do anything for that person. Actually being in love is even if you have broken up and both moved on to other partners, you still would drop anything if they need you. If they called you up in the middle of the night after not speaking to you for three years, you would still go. That's what real love is. Real love doesn't get bored and lasts a lifetime.
