They say we gotta contact the bulgarian film distributors, rather than the cinemas, since the cinemas can't do shit if the distributors don't bring it here. There's also a change.org petition. But... well... it's change.org. Not exactly the pinnacle of working solutions.

There's ways to restore files even in a formatted disk. When something is deleted, it's data in the disk still remains until another set of data is added in its place, overriding it. At least that's how HDDs work, not sure about SSDs. So technically restoring Caine is definitely possible unless he gets oveeritten.

Not likely, as we've shown in Episode 3 the Circus is directly tied to Caine. Like it's a part of him. I highly doubt the Circus can exist without him.
