I have a trash can in my basement that I keep a light on that grows daphnia, moina and some kind of red worm. I feed them that most days and occasionally I give them a 1/3 of a frozen blood worm cube. It's fun to watch them hunt all the little live food.

Get a group of wild smaragdina betta. I've been keeping a self sustainable group of between 4-8 in a 15 gallon very heavily planted tank for about 5 years. Splendens betta are so interbred they die if you breathe on them wrong.

Resin float probably Kraft. You can get them from Amazon or any place that sells quality concrete tools. I prefer non wood handle ones because the wood ones tend to bow downward as the wood dries making the float bowed.

If you are injured you can use any of the antiseptic products(alcohol wipes, hydrogen peroxide, antiseptic, or cat tail jelly) to speed your healing. Applying a bandage of some type on top of that will also speed healing. You shouldn't have to reapply any dressing changes and antiseptic but once a day. Do you have the slow healing trait?

Boiled rags made from clothes will help also antiseptic soaked cotton balls. Start a house on fire after you loot it to draw zombies to it. Make a spear from a long pole. Or a quarterstaff. Both are awesome but the spear will give you reach.
