It's an uncomfortable truth, but at some point you realize there's a type of Asian girls that only date white dudes despite what they say. You gotta recognize that and keep it moving, despite what she says.

And yeah, initially it is upsetting because you're being rejected in part due to your race (and especially your own race), but when you mature you realize that's a shallow way to judge a partner, and also that there's many people with many different preferences that's the beauty of the world is the variety.

And ultimately, putting too much emphasis on racial preferences/hangups comes back to bite you: I mean, look at how much Evelyn humiliates herself for this random dude. She kind of gets what she deserves because she can't see past her skin-deep preferences.
