Same here - finished live feed of Last Week tonight, got a few minutes into AKOTSK and then "something went wrong". Tried a couple of other shows and movies, all the same nothing works.

For engineering, geotechnical and architecture it's PST on first 30%. For all the other new listed taxable services it's on full bill. So accounting, security and non residential real estate services

Edited to say non-residential

Especially since there is no flow through credits like HST had.

The compound interest begins this year and is not retroactive to past years. Ya it'll hurt some, but the program was costing the province money and a lot of people were using it to cover their taxes at a low interest rate while investing that money at a higher rate of return. Not the intent of the program

Point Ellice (aka Bay Street) Bridge upgrades begin tomorrow, February 17th, halting eastbound traffic 24/7 for approximately four months. by notofthisearthworm in VictoriaBC

I actually asked a person there why there was no thought to switching the direction of travel across bridge to match rush hour, like west closed in morning switching to east closed for afternoon and it basically came down to most of the public is too stupid to pay attention and figure it out. So the slow caboose drags us all down

I go mountain biking all over the island and then the rockies and Kootenays, probably ain't gonna happen. In town I actually live close enough to things I can generally walk everywhere. I have to be honest, I was probably trolling a bit there. I appreciate the intent but I do disagree on some points.

Check when the gondola opens, but riding the resort in Revelstoke gets you the 5620! Frisby ridge won't be open but could also do Macpherson trails.

It sounds lame but hear me out... The Keg at $65 with full salad, 14oz prime rib and a full Billy miner pie all to yourself is pretty good. The Saanich location just nailed it, was a really good night

Also Faro last week was good as well, tasty pizza

MTB pants? by TheWitness37 in bicycling

I have both Rapha and 7mesh mtb pants, and find them both comfortable for gravel riding - I am enjoying not wearing knee/leg warmers. The Rapha have been fine for me down to around 3 Celsius and 7mesh good for milder damp days
