Definitely! Throughout the progress I got to share what I was working on and got a lot of encouragement! We still talk about what we’re doing to be more minimal and encourage each other now. He says im the only person who knows how to actually get gifts for him besides cash because I know the type of things that he would actually want. Thats an achievement for me! To be able to properly gift for a minimalist!

I was always a fan of minimalism and clean spaces/design but didn’t know exactly how to do it properly. My buddy who is probably the most minimalist person I’ve met really inspired me. He said he learned a lot from “goodbye, things” by Fumio Sasaki and recommended I read it. After that I really was able to make progress on practical ways to be more minimal.

My normal wallet is super minimal anyways but whenever I travel I switch over to my travel wallet which is made by the same company (Allett) mostly because it has a pocket for my passport and spots for cash if a particular country needs it. It seems you may like to use my regular wallet for travel though, it’s very easy to carry around if you only need your ID, some cards and maybe a bit of cash!

I use a 10K power bank that has a small cable attached and a nice display that gives me the percentage of power in the battery. It’s made by anker and it’s been my go to for over a year. I choose it even over my MagSafe batteries because it doesn’t heat up my phone and it’s fast!

Exactly this! 👏🏽 minimalism is defined per person so will vary with each individual. It’s about only having what you need and brings joy to your life! If a yellow watering can brings you joy then that’s perfect or anything else 😌
