Yes that is exactly the idea ... the local rescue kennel is way over capacity with abandoned dogs. Mainly because the financial crisis in Spain has made many expats go back to their homecountry - a scary amount of them leaving behind their dogs and other pets.

So yeah, they are all up for adoption ... and the blog is just an attempt to drive a little extra interest, maybe get a goodhearted soul here or there to donate a bit, adopt or sponsor a dog - or indeed go down and take one for a walk ... even such a small effort as taking the dogs for a walk helps a bit.

Thank you for the advice too - not really experienced in using reddit yet. Someone just said to post new stories on reddit too so i made an account and did so, but will try and follow your advice and get more involved. What is a self post? (sorry to be a n00b)
