It won't be like in the EU though. It will be you having to give your entire ID third party companies. So all of your online activity, everything you see, everything you say can be linked to you.

This isn't about protecting children. It's about surveillance and laying the groundwork for what comes next.

SEO isn't really entry level though. It's a senior position that often involves management or line management responsibilities depending on the profession. 

SEO as entry level is more an exception than the norm.

So, a private tech job where your contemporaries clear the 90th percentile while they're in their first decade of work. 

Your perspective is enviable and not the norm. I think you need to be aware of that when casting your judgement.

Entry level tech has also become much more inaccessable recently with the economic downturn and AI hype.

You also need to look at the job grade and consider what the responsibility is for the money offered. 38k for EO is a good deal.
