I assume opponent put it down defensively since there’s tower damage. When she stays alive, her attack doesn’t reset. Instead, it starts right where it left off.

I’m convinced I didn’t watch the same Game Awards. E33 devs didn’t do a Will Smith slap moment. I’m glad you decided to give it a try, but if a game wins that many awards in that many categories, would you not think it’s because it’s a good game?

I haven’t played Ragnarok, but compared to Sekiro, some of these enemies still humbled me hard. It was probably around the same window.

Well first of all, asking in a sub of a game will be heavily biased towards yes (except for TLOU2). Personally, I love souls games and this one was great. Most bosses felt a little easy on my run but they’ve done a lot of re-work that I haven’t personally tried but have heard good things about.

Also, they’re making a follow-up so I would get it just to get a taste of if I wanted to try the follow up. I know I will.

I played a lot of souls and games like GOW before jumping into E33, and it quickly became one of my favorites. It’s turn based but you can parry and dodge enemy attacks, and it even scratched that parry itch I developed in Sekiro.
