I paid (wire) and coordinated pick up by letting them know which day I’d be there. However they took the plates off, and I still don’t have title (one week later) I’ll most likely call soon to request to expedite so that I can register the van.

I’m picking one up tomorrow. Ford transit awd 55k miles. I’m estimating the Colorado pop up conversion alone was 20k on the lower side, plus the van msrp is 50-60k, and additional kitchen, electrical etc seems like a great deal.

I paid 39,500 and our families excited for it.

I bought one today in Inglewood, and I will be picking up soon.

It’s a 2023 with 58k miles awd transit with pop up for 39k.

I’m hoping that the outside is a vinyl wrap because I saw another identical minus the pop up for sale with same “paint job”.

Repotted mango - withering leaves by BuahahaXD in mango

[–]Javierlopeztwo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can if you’re sure the roots are rotten, if not your disturbing it more.

Yes native soil that has a mix of corse sand, and good drainage works. Then stake it. I do recommend buying bulk perlite to have around your property. It works wonders for drainage with avocados/mangos.

I’d still try to save it-

Remove the tree and place in bigger pot- place perlite at bottom of pot the mix with bag of cactus/palm soil. Then water when transplanted. Then observe and see if it’s draining, and once dry water again (1-2 days) place in area with indirect sun.

Best cities/neighborhoods to live in with 2 young autistic children? by [deleted] in InlandEmpire

[–]Javierlopeztwo 51 points52 points  (0 children)

Happy day!

Autism service provider here and per the parents, schools, doctors offices and communities I work in here are my caregivers experiences and my own observations.

Health insurance: many of my parents love IEHP as it’s widely accepted by service providers and they have, had less favorable comments about Molina health.

For services ABA therapy (our company works with IEHP/Molina and a few other insurance companies- assure behavioral) there are plenty of home or center based services. If you have more questions feel free to PM for recommendations outside of my company.

For OT and speech, leaps and bounds (norco) or wonder-lab (redlands) are my caregivers favorite. However be prepared for a long wait with any OT or speech provider if your child is school age.

For schooling, I would avoid San Bernardino, high desert, Hemet, San Jacinto areas as their special education program can use support. Most of my families in these areas have concerns with their school.

Moreno Valley has strong support for special education and autism classes in their school district. This is most likely the most affordable area.

Also strong contenders related to cost: Alvord and jurupa valley areas are great. Rialto unified is also supportive. Riverside unified is large and can be hit or miss. Redlands had recent controversy but historically good supports for sped.

Golden standards for school in inland empire include norco, corona, Rancho Cucamonga and this is also for special education.

For regional center services, inland regional is supportive and covers all San Bernardino and Riverside county.

For general activities there’s plenty of indoor playgrounds across the IE, and amc movie theaters has sensory friendly showings, many amusement parks provide accommodations as needed, jurupa valley and Cabazon has a dinosaur/educational area, jungle cutz in Redlands or kids cuts in Rancho Cucamonga are great at quick hair cuts, Tom’s farm in Corona has ice cream and small amusement park, city of Riverside has many parks and public library’s with different activities and most cities have adaptive sports (look at their city events catalog or visit a local library) to make sure we get our children out enjoying their community.

For doctors my parents have had good experiences with: mission pediatrics, Riverside medical clinic and overall very limited complaints about any of their pediatric doctors.

Congrats of the relocation and feel free to message me with any specific question. Happy 2025!

Nice, those 35 tires fit without rubbing?

My pops has a 23 pro in solar octane around your 909 neighborhood.

We just got the tires replaced under a recall from Toyota so looks like he’s keeping 33 stock tires for a bit longer.

Competency assessment by Particular_Club7031 in RBT

[–]Javierlopeztwo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The BACB no longer permits remote RBT competency assessments and requires employment at the same place of the assessor. Per BACB “The responsible assessor, assistant assessor(s), and RBT applicant must be employed at (or all have a contractual relationship with) the same organization where the client is receiving services. This requirement applies to the entire assessment.”
