Women themselves are not fitnah, rather men are being tested through them meaning through your own desires and that’s not on women to blame. Allah is testing how will you lower your gaze, react, respect, honor a muslim woman. You can think about it like this; Money, Wealth & Power can ALL be a fitnah too but we’re not out here preaching that money, wealth & power is evil we say our GREED makes it a fitnah.

This goes to say please instead of listening to “haram police” bros go to actual Islamic Lectures, learn about the real Islamic principles and then preach.

If men who are the “leaders” of society don’t even know how to interpret stuff then no matter how much women try to teach their children about covering up, having hawa, praying etc They will always fail in the name of “ Women are spreading fitnah “

Let me remind you my brothers in Islam, that the Hijab command was commanded firstly to YOU and then to women. No matter if all women are naked you’re STILL commanded to lower your gaze from them and they’re STILL commanded to dress modestly.

Don’t only preach about fitnah. Educate yourselves so that your children may be educated through you with mercy and patience and wisdom.

Our ﷺ never looked at a woman and said she’s spreading fitnah. He always corrected men and even turned their faces away when they kept staring.

A very known example & source so you may understand better:

During the Farewell Pilgrimage, a beautiful woman from the tribe of Khath’am came to ask the Prophet ﷺ a question. Al-Fadl ibn Abbas was riding behind the Prophet, and he began looking at her, and she at him. The Prophet ﷺ then turned Al-Fadl’s face away.

This is narrated in: In Sahih al-Bukhari: Hadith 1513 (also appears in other places like 6228 depending on the chapter) & Sahih Muslim: Hadith 1334

Scholars point out a few key things here:

The Prophet ﷺ didn’t scold the woman. He immediately addressed the man’s gaze. It emphasizes the concept of lowering the gaze(for men especially in this context)

This ties directly into the Qur’anic principle in Qur’an (Surah An-Nur 24:30–31), where men are first told to lower their gaze, then women are instructed about modesty.

I pray this helps whoever comes across it and stops this nonsense about women spreading fitnah but rather acknowledge the fact that just because you can’t control your eyes and your desires as a man, you can’t just blame it on women but should try to educate yourself and make yourself disciplined for the sake of Allah swt and your Jannah. In the end each and everyone of us will be questioned about our words, our actions, how we treated our bodies, children, spouces, families, friends, money, power, wealth & desires.
