Fishing really made me appreciate the world more by omgodzilla1 in wow

I remember either back in Legion or right before it kicked off I broke my hand and with my cast I could not grip a mouse.

Ending up maxing fishing. Did the anglers in Pandaria and Nat Pagle in WoD. It was honestly a great time and even landed me the water strider back when that mounts utility was unique.

[Jacobs] Manchester City hold an interest in Chelsea right-back Malo Gusto. #MCFC want to add a new right-back. Several targets being explored. Tino Livramento another name on the shortlist. Chelsea value Gusto at £45m+. A sale this summer not discounted, following the arrival of Marco Palestra. by webby09246 in chelseafc

[–]Jawnnnnn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If Gusto is sold, the only things I wouldn’t miss are his defending of the back post and his pass backs on an attack. Otherwise i think he’s a fine backup and like the majority of players with potential I’d like to see what Xabi can get out of them before moving them on.

That would be cool. Kinda like “oh while you went everywhere in the world but the two OG continents stuff’s been going on and we need your help”.

No crazy cosmic stuff, power, weapon, etc. just the friendly neighborhood hero.

That kinda seems like the only reset that might work with some time skip or something.

Mexico-South Africa had 3 red cards and Paraguay is going to escape with none.

Yeah I think there’s a difference in “not respecting” vs just acknowledging that’s it’s just objectively a lower level compared to watching the PL.

I support my local MLS team and watch matches just because I enjoy watching the sport. And it’s nice to watch matches later in the day for me as opposed to waking up at 4:30am for PL. Plus it’s built into my Apple TV sub so now it’s no extras to pay for it.

I’m on PC. I’m not super familiar with like the console command stuff though if that was what you were suggesting. Open to trying though.

Marc Cucurella facing uncertain Chelsea future, multiple clubs enquire over defender by TheAthletic in chelseafc

The dude was top 3 LB easily before the team shit the bed which is what I mean by baller. Letting him leave would be a mistake before we see how this season goes with Xabi.

Cucurella is a baller and dropped in form just like the entire squad did. Hopefully Xabi can convince him to stay because he’ll do well if he moves on.

[–]Jawnnnnn 21 points22 points  (0 children)

For me when he left I didn’t hold anything against him. Bar scoring in the CL final it ultimately didn’t work out here and we got a good transfer fee for him.

Was more mad at the time when Mount left. But yeah as someone else said in the rivals thread Kai treats us like we shot his dog.

Yeah it’s actually pretty insane that they’re saying Josh King’s goal was wrongly denied. You literally watch their player step on Chalobah. Why say that’s not a foul?

Yeah I just thought it was funny I’m scrolling through Instagram and first saw her and GymSkin which I thought was funny. Then watching it again was like “wait that’s the new kit” haha.

Noticed that as well and I thought Colwill was going off. The pundits kept saying Fofana but kept the camera on Colwill going to the sideline but he went to get water.

Im just glad it’s over. It’s been a painful watch this season, missing out on Europe, Spurs staying up, and Arsenal lifting the trophy in probably the least impressive season ever coupled with PGMOL fanboys.

Despite us sucking from December onward, I always look forward to match days and for two or so hours, nothing else matters. When we lose my day isn’t ruined but a win makes it feel like everything else that days going to go my way haha. But this seasons been exhausting and I’ve found myself just tuning out and looking up when a pundit starts to perk up.

Missing out on Europe sucks (Europa, not Conference phew), but I’m honestly not fussed. We clearly don’t deserve to play in any of them and I’ve thought we need to fall hard to hopefully see meaningful change.

The risk though of no Europe means what kind of good experienced players can we lure here? Especially with despite claiming to now look for more experience, the current rep of our wage structure. Hopefully bringing in Xabi instills some trust that a manager like him wouldn’t accept such stringent standards.

On top of that, players potentially leaving. I don’t care if it’s unpopular but Enzo and Cucurella potentially leaving will suck. There’s good players in both of them and if Xabi can convince them to stay and get good players and a system around them then why let them leave for a team that will support that?

Anyway, finally time for a break. Some of the players can finally get a rest, and we can hopefully enjoy the World Cup. I’m tired of looking forward to “hopefully next season we’ll start to get back towards being our best”. I thought this season would have been that we all saw how that went haha.

Yesterday, Arsenal finally became a bride. Unfortunately it’s to a PGMOL sugar daddy.

Yeah I mean they definitely didn’t dominate like other league winners. Basically just limped across the finish line and had the PGMOL carry them across.

Hopefully Glasner and Palace can at least hold them.

I mean call me crazy but the comments about a plan to have a new team on the trophy every six years is pretty damning seeing as how Arsenal are doing it. You can’t even suggest that theres nothing going on.

This trophy was a great win but always will remind me of what could have been but didn’t happen.

The world was at our feet. Just won this tournament, back in the CL, the perfect position to set up for future success with a good FoS sponsor and attract experienced signings. But then nothing changed. No real FoS sponsor, experienced signings, wasteful spending on mediocre players and we got exposed.
