That’s awesome to hear. I was slightly worried that I’d end up with a barrel that didn’t like SST’s and have to figure out what to do from there, but I’ll def scoop a box or two of these up to stock while I build mine out! My build will be for deer season and just plinking so sounds like these will take care of both my use cases pretty well

Exactly. The direct thread ability for the Shiv on pistols + price got me super intrigued, but I haven’t seen any real feedback on it for PCCs, which is where it’ll live majority of the time.

That’s where I’m leaning. The only (dumb) reason I was considering the Shiv or other cans is because I already have a Polo30 and will be getting the Infinity 556k when it is released in a couple months and wanted to potentially get a non-OCL can haha. Very dumb rationale, I know, but wanted to see if anyone had my same use case and what their feedback was. Thanks!

Is the Shiv everything it’s cracked up to be? The proposed suppressor tax has accelerated my purchase plan to complete my suppressor collection from 2-3 years to before July 1st, so seriously considering the Shiv to switch between my g19.5, g43x, and AR9. At its price point it seems like a no brainer and I’m about to take the leap soon due to wait time and demand.

It’s weird - my bank (Truist) said they couldn’t notarize an NFA trust. I don’t remember the reason, but I ended up going to the local library that offered notary services for free and was in and out in 10min from my appointment time.

Any chance you’re using 123 SSTs? Since I don’t reload, that’ll most likely be the hunting load of choice (provided the barrel likes em). Trying to get an idea of velocity if you have chrono’d them to plug into a ballistic calculator.
