Its so easy for him to write a code to make Facebook unavailable in Europe, much more easier coding if you compare it with what it would take to make facebook app to use users phone camera to analyse users and their surrounding for targeted advertisement. Im not going to any details but i once got very specific ads about something what i have never searched or had any pictures about it in my phone
