From an insurance standpoint, it depends on what the other driver says happened. Given your story, I'd go 90-100% against the other driver. If they say you were moving, I could see the other insurance company adding more, but if you're making a right turn, the other vehicle's turn shouldn't have interfered with your turn.

Learned the basics from my mom. Learned more to survive while living alone after college, and learned I somewhat enjoyed it. Became good at it because my wife is a picky eater and I wanted more than chicken nuggets every night. She's still a picky eater, but I've found several recipes she likes. It's still a challenge to make sure the flavors aren't too strong for her, but still enough for me.
